Give your dog the gift of adventure, exercise, and socialization with our trail hiking service. Every day is a new day at Ross Valley Dog Walking Company! Each morning we take your dog to a thoughtfully selected dog-friendly trail, beach, or open space in Marin County where they enjoy a hardy hike with plenty of play. Dogs with excellent recall enjoy off-leash freedom, exploring natural surroundings while safely interacting with other friendly dogs.

After their hike, dogs are brushed and towel dried, if needed, before returning them home - where they often nap contentedly until your return. Our adventures provide more than fun—they deliver physical exercise, mental stimulation, stress relief, and improved social skills, keeping your dog healthy, happy, and fulfilled.

All dogs must be friendly with people and other dogs and have experience in social settings. Aggressive behavior is not accepted, ensuring a safe and positive experience for every pup in our care.

Monthly Package Policy

Our monthly packages reserve your dog’s spot in our small-pack trail hikes, ensuring personalized, off-leash adventures. We provide 45 minute hikes. Hike times do not include pick-up and drop-off drive times. All dogs should be up-to-date on vaccines and on flea preventative. Packages are prepaid and non-refundable, but missed hikes due to illness or emergencies can usually be rescheduled within the month. We aim to keep every dog active, social, and happy on every adventure! We require a 30-day advance notice to cancel service.
